Product Overview:
The silicon carbide advanced static var generator (ASVG SiC) takes silicon carbide power devices as the core, and connects the voltage source converter to the power grid in parallel through a filter. Its working principle is to realize comprehensive compensation for reactive current, harmonic current and three-phase unbalanced active power by detecting the load current in real time, generating corresponding IGBT drive signals based on advanced reactive, harmonic and three-phase active power detection and control algorithms. Meanwhile, the device has a peak efficiency of over 98.5%, each cabinet can accommodate 8 modules, the maximum capacity can reach 800kvar, and it is convenient for installation and maintenance.
